At Rooted Children’s Ministry, our vision is to create a life-giving environment where kids are nourished in their relationship with the Lord, experience His presence in a way that is real and meaningful to them, and are trained for the work of the ministry—no matter their age.
We believe what Scripture says: that age is never a limitation for how God can move through a person. At RVCC, our mission is to equip all the saints—from the youngest to the oldest—for the work of the ministry. That includes our children. From early on, we teach them the spiritual significance of their choices, words, and actions, empowering them to stand firm against the enemy, receive God’s best, and walk fully in His promises for their lives.
Our Heart for Kids
We are passionate about raising up a generation of children who are:
Rooted in the Word of God
Filled with the Holy Spirit
Trained and activated to minister to others
Equipped to carry the presence and power of God wherever they go
We don’t just teach about faith—we give children opportunities to practice it. Whether through prayer, worship, small groups, or ministering to each other, our kids are given the space to step out in faith and grow in their spiritual gifts.
What We Do
Rooted Children’s Ministry meets during Sunday services and offers age-appropriate classes designed to build strong biblical foundations and lasting relationships. Our team provides:
Engaging, Bible-based lessons
Spirit-led worship and prayer times
Hands-on ministry moments where kids learn to hear from God and minister to others
Safe, loving environments led by trained volunteers who care deeply about each child

We exist to connect children to God by cultivating a heart-transforming, personal faith in Jesus Christ through biblically sound teaching and relational discipleship. Our mission is to see children:
Come to know Christ
Be biblically discipled
Grow consistently in their faith
Develop a biblical worldview
