The story of John the Baptist offers a profound insight into recognizing the power of God in our midst. Despite being related to Jesus and growing up alongside Him, John didn't fully recognize Jesus as the Messiah until he witnessed the Holy Spirit descend upon Him at His baptism. This moment changed everything. It reminds us that sometimes, we can be in the presence of the divine without fully grasping its significance until the Holy Spirit reveals it to us.
